EXPERIENCE
With 29 years of teaching in secondary schools and over ten years as a Headteacher, I have dedicated my career to helping students reach outstanding outcomes.
Whether your child needs help with their SATs, KS3, GCSEs, BTEC, A Levels or general revision and learning techniques, I provide the high-level subject mastery and calm, professional guidance that only decades of classroom leadership can offer.
RESEARCH
I specialise in the "how" of learning. My background in curriculum design coupled with evidence informed teaching and learning means I don’t just deliver content; I identify specific learning gaps and use high-impact, evidence-based methods to close them.
I remain at the forefront of educational research to ensure that every tutoring session is efficient, modern, and above all, effective.
PASSION
As a father of two, I have personally navigated the high-pressure world of exams with my own children, seeing them through to success. I know exactly what you are going through as a parent.
My passion is taking the stress out of the house by teaching effective revision methods that actually work. My goal is to create a supportive, ambitious environment where your child builds the confidence to thrive, not just in their exams, but as a lifelong learner.
